Night Security Officer

Our client is seeking an immaculately presented Night Security Guard to join their team on a high end residence based in the heart of West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a 5* residence and work with a leading managing agent.

Hours: 4on 4off rota, 12 hour shifts Salary: £32,000 per annum

Duties:

The Security Officers are the very first members of staff that residents and their guests meet upon arrival at the building.

They are responsible for covering the entrance, providing a physical security presence at the principal gateway to the scheme and will also park and retrieve residents' cars from the car park.

You will be monitoring all entrances to the block, keeping a close eye on everyone entering the building to ensure the premises is securely monitored for residents.

They will be responsible for all visitors 'first impression'.

Therefore, maintaining impeccable standards of welcoming service; holding doors, assisting with luggage, hailing taxis and assisting with directions will be expected.

Routine patrols of the development and CCTV monitoring to ensure security and safety of residents.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within London super prime residential schemes
• SIA Licence
• Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Service driven, understand the importance of going the 'extra mile'
• Experience serving UHNWIs is preferred
• Good knowledge of Central London and surrounding local area
• High standard of written and spoken English
