Clinic Assistant

The Clinic Assistant will welcome patients, register their details and manage appointments. You will answer enquiries in person and by phone, and direct clinical questions to the appropriate healthcare professional. You will support patient flow by preparing consultation rooms and assisting with basic clinic operations in accordance with training and clinic procedures. You will handle payments and maintain accurate patient and administrative records while protecting confidential information. You will help keep the clinic clean, organised and adequately stocked.
