Senior/Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

Responsibilities: Assist in preparation of tender submission Responsible for measurement of quantities & cost estimation Liaises with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation Timely preparation of Bills of Quantities, technical data & unit rate Liaise, communicate and work with Sub contractors/vendors/supplies Requirements: Diploma/ Higher NITEC/NITEC in Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering 3 to 5 years’ experience in the construction industry (M&E) Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity A good team player
