Oslo preferred | Remote possible for exceptional candidates | Full-time | Start as soon as possible Perlo is building project intelligence for property developers. Real estate development teams still run some of their most important processes across Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, meetings and disconnected systems. Perlo brings that work into one place and helps project teams understand where they are, what requires attention and what they should do next. We're a small, fast-moving team and are looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer who can take real ownership of the product . This is not a role where you'll receive perfectly specified Jira tickets and implement them one by one. You'll often get a problem, user need or desired outcome and be expected to understand it, propose a solution and ship it. What you'll work on You'll work across the Perlo product, including: Building new product functionality from idea to production

Improving existing workflows and user experience

Working with project data, dashboards, reporting and AI-powered functionality

Designing database changes and backend logic

Building responsive interfaces in React / Next.js

Deploying and monitoring what you build

Fixing bugs and making pragmatic technical decisions

Using AI development tools extensively to move fast

Our current stack includes: Next.js, React, TypeScript / JavaScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL, TanStack, Tailwind CSS, Git, Git worktrees, Vercel and Claude Code. You don't need to have worked professionally with every technology in the stack. We care much more about whether you can understand an existing codebase, solve problems and ship. Who we're looking for The most important thing is that you're autonomous . You should be comfortable receiving direction like: “Customers need a better way to understand what's changing across their projects.” …and then working out what needs to happen technically to solve it. You'll work closely with our CEO and the rest of the team, so you need to be able to translate non-technical product and business requirements into good technical solutions. You are probably a good fit if you: Can independently take a feature from problem → solution → production

Are comfortable making decisions when requirements aren't perfect

Ask good questions instead of waiting for detailed specifications

Are proactive and communicate clearly

Have solid JavaScript / TypeScript and web development fundamentals

Understand databases and relational data

Are comfortable working in an existing codebase

Use AI coding tools effectively rather than treating them as autocomplete

Care about shipping useful software, not engineering for engineering's sake

Experience with our exact stack is a bonus, not a requirement. Location We are based in Oslo , and we'd ideally like someone who can work with us in person at least some of the time. That said, we are open to remote candidates if you're exceptionally strong, highly autonomous and a great fit for the way we work . Why Perlo We're still a small company, which means your work will have a very visible impact. You'll get: Significant ownership over a real production product

Direct access to customers and the problems we're solving

The ability to influence product and technical decisions

Very little bureaucracy

An AI-native development workflow

The opportunity to help shape the technical foundation of a growing B2B SaaS company

If you're the kind of developer who likes being given responsibility rather than tickets, we'd like to hear from you. How to apply Send us: A short introduction

Your CV or LinkedIn

Your GitHub, portfolio or something you've built, if you have one

A few sentences about a product or feature you've built where you had significant ownership

We care much more about what you can do than writing a perfect application.
