Medical Laboratory Dispatch Rider

Responsibilities

Collect and deliver laboratory specimens, blood products, reagents, and reports safely and on time. Maintain cold-chain standards using approved transport containers and temperature-control procedures. Keep accurate pickup, delivery, signature, and motorcycle log records. Follow biosafety, confidentiality, and incident-response procedures. Carry out daily motorcycle checks and communicate professionally with healthcare and laboratory staff.

Requirements:

Minimum SSCE/WASSCE qualification. Valid Rider’s Permit and motorcycle driver’s licence. At least 2 years’ dispatch rider experience; healthcare or laboratory experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of Port Harcourt routes, including Aba Road, GRA, Mile 1–4, D-line, Trans-Amadi, Elezu, Obio-Akpor, and Ikwerre Road. Ability to use smartphones and GPS/navigation applications. Fluent in English; trustworthy, punctual, physically fit, and calm under time pressure. Ability to provide two reliable guarantors based in Port Harcourt.

Remuneration:  NGN 70,000 – 100,000 Monthly
