Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities: Responsible to coordinate, plan and execute supply chain operation Responsible for outbound order processing and documentation, including inputting orders into business system, review shipping documents and prepare Invoice & Packing List Provide support to Sales Team in servicing customers. Follow requirements from customer, check and monitor L/C payment, negotiate with checkers from bank for any discrepancy Liaise with internal and external transportation companies / departments for timely outgoing deliveries; coordinates with transport contractors, suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery to clearance shipments. Attend to matters such as insurance, customs clearance and other shipping matters Input and maintain data in business system, knowledge in SAP preferred Compliance to Export control rules and regulations Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Logistics or other related discipline Must have 2 years related work experience Knowledge of L/C documentation, incoterms, shipping procedures
