Client Coordinator (No Experience Required)

RoleSummary

This is a corporate insurance broking, non-sales and client servicing role, focused on supporting clients with quotations, renewals, documentation and insurance placement matters.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in handling corporate insurance broking and placement matters.
• Liaise with clients to understand their insurance requirements and coverage needs.
• Gather underwriting information and coordinate submissions to insurers.
• Review quotations, policy terms and conditions before presenting to clients.
• Work with insurers and underwriters to arrange suitable coverage for clients.
• Prepare placement-related documents such as quotations, schedules, cover notes and endorsements.
• Coordinate with the admin team to ensure documents are issued to clients and insurers on time.
• Assist with renewals, premium follow-ups and other client servicing matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma orDegree in Business, Banking, Finance, Insurance or related discipline.
• Candidate without relevant experience but interested to pursue a career in corporate insurance operations are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills and comfortable liaising with clients and insurers.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
