Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective coverage and adherence to protocols. Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans. Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to maintain a high level of performance and professionalism. Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary. Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and investigations. Collaborate with clients and management to understand security needs and deliver customized security solutions.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the security industry. Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide personnel. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergencies. Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control, and security technology. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
