Who We Are

We develop modern defence technologies and integrated defence capabilities specializing in UAVs development. Our roots come from supporting Ukraine and solving real operational problems where existing solutions are not good enough. We work directly with end users, continuously improving our products through real-world feedback while collaborating with the Lithuanian Armed Forces, Ukraine Armed Forces and Special Operations units across NATO allied countries.

What You'll Do

Support development from concept to field deployment. Research, prototype, test and improve engineering solutions. Work alongside experienced engineers and learn across multiple disciplines. Participate in field testing and product validation. Contribute ideas and improve products and processes.

Technical Foundations

We are not looking for an expert in every area listed below. You do not need to check every box below - we're looking for engineers with solid technical foundations, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Engineering & Prototyping: CAD • 3D printing • Testing • Troubleshooting • Mathematics • Physics Software Development: C, C++, Python, Go, Java • Bash • PowerShell • Git Platforms & Networking: Windows • Linux • Android • TCP/IP • UDP • Basic networking Embedded & Electronics: Basic electronics • Embedded systems • Microcontrollers • Sensors • - Communication interfaces like UART , SPI , I²C , CAN Practical understanding of radio and wireless communication principles. PCB design and electronics hardware development. Additional Experience: Robotics • Research • Military/defence Experience with UAV systems is beneficial but not required.
