We?re seeking a positive, outgoing and optimistic Accounting Clerk with a minimum 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Organization of project files and invoices into database for accounts payable
- Match supplier invoices to purchase orders and entering into accounting program
- Reconcile monthly supplier accounts
- Maintaining customer invoicing log and checking for accuracy in accounts receivable
- Creating payable reports for management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, CoConstruct)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
- Self-directed and able to complete tasks without Supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong team work ethic
- Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple task and deadlines
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
