As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join our dynamic team.
As an Account Based Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing ABM strategies that target high-value accounts and drive engagement. You will develop and implement end-to-end account-based marketing strategies to drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth for target accounts.
You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and the tech teams to create personalized campaigns that resonate with our key accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Roles and responsibilities
Be responsible to advance the existing opportunities for the sales team within a targeted account and specific contacts, and generate new prospects by planning, organizing, and executing marketing programs
Own and run ABM at Passendo
Define and coordinate success criteria for ABM to succeed and utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results
Coordinate content for website, blog posts, and other forums, and sales documentation needed for ABM
Pursue and nurture leads until qualified and enhance the buyer journey as it relates to content development and inbound marketing efforts
Conduct thorough insights to understand key account needs, pain points, and decision-making processes
Work closely with the product and content functions to produce high-quality, relevant content that addresses the interests of target accounts
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders within target accounts to foster engagement and loyalty
Monitor industry trends and best practices in ABM, continuously seeking new ways to enhance our marketing efforts
Skill set and experiences
3-5 years of experience in ABM, Lead Generation, or Performance Marketing or related roles within B2B Experience in creating, launching campaigns, and reporting its results
Familiar with the technical sales cycle and can strategically use marketing communication to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
Strong understanding of the sales and marketing alignment, particularly in an ABM context.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing messages
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Analytical mindset with experience in measuring and interpreting marketing metrics to drive decisions
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Innovative thinker with a passion for driving results through targeted marketing strategies
