Tech / Fintech · Senior · Lagos / Hybrid About the Role A fast-growing fintech company is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help shape and scale its product roadmap. What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and roadmap based on user and business needs
• Write clear specs and manage the product backlog
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ship features
• Analyse product metrics to inform decisions
• Gather and prioritise stakeholder and customer feedback
• Communicate roadmap and progress to leadership

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in product management, ideally in fintech or consumer tech
• Strong analytical and prioritisation skills
• Experience working directly with engineering teams
• Excellent written and stakeholder communication
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete data
