The Research Department covers Research and Guidelines activities of the European Association. Team members can be assigned to one or both type of activities.

Description

  1. Research Activities
  • Administration and Coordination of the CTN studies
  • Administration, planning and reporting of the Research projects:
  • Research Grants Programmes
  • Research Masterclass(es)
  • Research Mentorship Programme
  • Research Groups
  1. Guidelines activities
  • Coordinates the full lifecycle of the Association guideline development process
  • Organises and coordinates the Association's Guidelines Methodology Masterclass, ensuring effective planning, delivery, and participant engagement.
  • Monitors and coordinates collaborative projects with external societies and organisations
  1. For both the Research and Guidelines Committees:
  • Ensures appropriate Administration of the Research Committee and Guidelines Committee and provides support to the respective chairs
  • Develops, follows and maintains policies and procedures
  • Liaises with other departments: Communication, Nomination Committee, Scientific Event, IT, Finance, Registration, etc.
  • A scientific degree, along with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in managing Research studies is a "plus"
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and project needs
  • Punctuality, ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneous
  • Team player and problem solver with the ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • High Confidentiality awareness
  • ICH-GCP certified or to obtain certification within 6 months upon hiring
  • Familiar with creating, implementing, applying standard operating procedures
  • Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written. Any other language is a bonus
