Role Description This remote internship Project Manager role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital consultancy projects. The intern will assist in organizing project activities, maintaining timelines, and tracking progress across website design, digital delivery, and automation initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include preparing status reports, coordinating with internal team members and external stakeholders, and helping identify and resolve project issues or delays. The role also involves supporting documentation efforts, updating project management tools, and contributing to process improvements to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

Project coordination and oversight skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with the ability to support schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. Experience or interest in Expeditor responsibilities and Logistics Management to help manage resources, timelines, and the flow of information and deliverables. Inspection and quality control skills to assist in reviewing project outputs and ensuring they meet defined standards and requirements. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a remote, multicultural, and multidisciplinary environment. Proficiency with common productivity and project management tools (e.g., spreadsheets, task trackers, collaboration platforms). Demonstrated interest in digital consulting, technology, or process improvement; prior internship or academic project experience in related fields is a plus. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in business, engineering, technology, or a related discipline is beneficial but not strictly required.
