OA Recruitment is working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Milton Keynes, who are looking to welcome an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to their growing team.

Your tasks
What will you be doing? You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload of commercial property matters, providing high-quality legal advice and building lasting relationships with clients.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from start to finish.
- Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Working closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver an excellent service.
- Supporting senior team members on more complex matters.
- Getting involved in networking, marketing and business development activities.
- Ensuring all matters are handled efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.

What are we looking for? We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 2–3 years' PQE in Commercial Property.
- Experience managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for client service.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach.
- A collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for developing your career.
- Ideally, knowledge of Milton Keynes and the surrounding area.
What we offer
What's on offer?
- Salary: £42,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
- Location: Milton Keynes, with occasional travel to Bedford
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Hybrid working: Up to 2 days working from home following successful completion of probation
