FAT Manager

📍 Semarang – On-site | Security System & Technology Solutions Industry

Responsibilities

1. Lead Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations across multiple entities
2. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning
3. Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with PSAK and regulations
4. Oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting, including PPh and PPN
5. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
6. Establish SOPs, internal controls, and risk management processes
7. Coordinate financial and tax audits
8. Lead and develop the FAT team
9. Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Willing to work on-site in Semarang
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience managing multiple entities preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, PSAK, and Indonesian taxation
• Familiar with tax planning, tax and financial audits
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems such as Accurate, Odoo, or Coretax
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• High integrity, detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable
