HR Intern
Responsibilities
Contribute to collecting employment data required for the onboarding process.
Participate in organizing HR records and maintain strict employee confidentiality and data privacy in line with local regulations and Oracle policies.
Plan new employee meetings and orientation.
Assist with ensuring completion of benefits enrollment.
Liaise with new hires and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to HR administrative support.
Contribute to creating employment contracts under Qiwa/GOSI.
Work on both platforms Qiwa and GOSI for all employee-related matters.
Maintain and archive employees' HR files in hard copies.
Contribute to liaising with the local social security office when required.
Participate in various tasks related to onboarding and the off-boarding process.
Assist in organizing HR events for Oracle Saudi employees.
Internship duration: 12 months
Work location: In-office 100%
Requirements
Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages: Arabic, English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office.
Safeguard employee information and ensure compliance with privacy laws and internal data protection policies. Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling HR information.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of local labor regulations.
Ability to execute processes accurately and to deadline.
Detail oriented.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Candidate must be a local national.
