Job Summary Provide safe and professional transportation for the Chairman, manage vehicle upkeep, plan routes for timely arrivals, assist with errands, and maintain confidentiality while working flexible hours. Responsibilities Drive the Chairman safely and punctually to appointments and meetings Maintain the vehicle in clean and good working condition to ensure reliability Plan and adjust routes to guarantee timely arrivals at scheduled locations Assist with luggage handling and perform reasonable errands as needed Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all matters related to the role Adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays Required competencies and certifications Possess a valid driving licence with a clean driving record Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate reliability, courtesy, and professionalism in all interactions
