Pay : $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
Hours : 12:30pm to 4:30pm
JOB DESCRIPTION :
We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are looking for a dedicated Special Education Teacher for 1:1 instruction with students who have autism or significant learning needs. If you thrive in individualized settings and you're skilled at ABA-informed instruction — your impact here will be profound.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide individualized 1:1 instruction to students with autism or significant learning needs
Implement ABA-informed instructional strategies and collect data on student progress
Maintain current NYS Special Education licensure and all required DOE clearances
Collaborate with BCBAs, related service providers, and families on student goals
Adjust instructional strategies based on data-driven outcomes
SKILLS :
Active NYS Special Education teaching license and current DOE clearances
Experience providing 1:1 instruction to students with autism or developmental disabilities
Familiarity with ABA-based instructional strategies and data collection
Strong relationship-building skills with students and families
Patience, creativity, and commitment to individualized student success
