Toll Manufacturing Specialist

- Monitor production plans and ensure on-time manufacturing and product delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Planning, and Procurement teams.
- Follow up on the availability of raw and packaging materials required for production.
- Review manufacturing documents, batch records, and production reports.
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and company quality standards.
- Support technology transfer activities and new product launches.
- Resolve production-related issues with external manufacturing partners.
- Monitor manufacturing performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party manufacturers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Toll Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, or Pharmaceutical Production.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP requirements.
- Experience coordinating with third-party manufacturers is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- ERP experience is an advantage
