- Prepare lifting studies, lifting plans, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, supervisors, and site management.
- Verify the suitability of cranes, lifting accessories, and lifting equipment before operations.
- Monitor lifting activities to ensure safe and efficient execution.
- Conduct toolbox talks and provide guidance to lifting teams.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in lifting operations.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Valid LEEA Certification.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Thorough knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging practices, and crane operations.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Ability to coordinate and supervise lifting activities on construction sites.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with inspection requirements for lifting gear and lifting accessories.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
