Job Description & Requirements Supervise daily construction activities on-site Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements Enforce  Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)  regulations and company safety policies Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and workers Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials Monitor work progress and report delays or issues to the Site Manager / Project Manager Inspect workmanship quality and rectify defects Maintain site records such as daily reports, attendance, and safety checklists Assist in site inspections with consultants, clients, and authorities
