Shop Manager

Job Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the auto parts store. Lead, train and supervise the sales team. Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance. Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer complaints. Manage inventory, stock replenishment and stock accuracy. Coordinate purchasing according to inventory levels. Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products. Ensure proper merchandising and product display. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. Maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment. Build and maintain relationships with garages, fleet companies and wholesale customers. Prevent stock losses and ensure proper internal controls.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in the automotive spare parts industry. Good knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry. Good knowledge for the local market items and prices. Strong leadership and communication skills. Honest, responsible and customer-oriented.
