  1. C&B Operations
  • Manage payroll, bonuses, benefits, and other income components, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Manage timekeeping, payroll, SHUI, PIT, and related employee benefits in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Manage, update, and maintain the confidentiality of employment records, insurance records, payroll data, and HR Master Data.

  • Bachelor Degree and above in Laws/Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or related fields.
  • You should be comfortable with communicating in English
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in similar position.
  • Having experience in Labor relations, Disciplinary is preferred.
  • Having experience using HR system (1Office) is preferred
  • Understanding of HR processes and data management principles; C&B function.
