Logistics & Operations Specialist – Cyprus

NextVision, a publicly traded company specializing in the development and manufacturing of stabilized cameras, is looking for a Logistics & Operations Specialist support the establishment of a new company that will be based in Cyprus.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing communication with suppliers, including issuing purchase orders and monitoring their fulfillment.
• Perform receipt of goods in the system and manage the inventory receiving process – no physical warehouse work involved.
• Receive, process, and manage customer orders.
• Track orders, shipments, and ongoing logistics processes.
• Work closely with the local accounting team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
• Handle various operational and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Cypriot citizenship – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics and operations – mandatory.
• Very high level of English – mandatory.
• Familiarity with Priority or another ERP system – a significant advantage.
• Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in a global company or international environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
