Operator

As an Operator, you play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient production process within the extrusion department. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you help produce high-quality aluminium profiles that meet strict quality standards and are used in a wide range of industries. Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and fine-tuning saw equipment to ensure aluminium profiles are cut accurately according to specifications.
• Operating straightening equipment to bring profiles into the correct shape and alignment.
• Inspecting finished products and carrying out quality checks on dimensions, straightness, and any visible imperfections.
• Installing and changing dies while working closely with the Press Operator to keep production running efficiently.Working hours

You will start in a two-shift schedule:

• 06:30 to 15:00
• 14:30 to 23:30After your onboarding period, you will transition to a three-shift rotation:
• 07:00 to 15:00
• 15:00 to 23:00
• 23:00 to 07:00Do you travel by public transport? We are happy to help find a suitable travel solution. Shift schedules are communicated well in advance, and where possible, you will have the flexibility to swap shifts with colleagues when needed.

Functie-eisen: What we are looking for:

• You can communicate confidently in Dutch and/or English, allowing you to work safely and collaborate effectively with your team.
• You have a technical background through education, training, or practical experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Certificates such as forklift, reach truck, Safe Lifting, or VCA are an advantage. If you do not have these qualifications yet, you are willing to obtain them through training opportunities.
