Scrum Master

JOB SUMMARY :

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software efficiently. You will remove blockers, drive continuous improvement, and help multiple squads stay aligned and productive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach engineering, QA, and product teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and mindset
• Identify and proactively remove impediments blocking team progress
• Track and report sprint metrics, velocity, and delivery health to stakeholders
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and manage risks across multiple squads
• Support backlog grooming and refinement sessions alongside Product Owners
• Champion Agile values and help teams evolve their process maturity over time
• Facilitate conflict resolution and healthy team dynamics
• Prepare and present delivery status, burndown/burnup charts, and roadmap updates to leadership

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :

• 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience managing multiple squads/cross-functional teams simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Arabic and English
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent Agile tooling

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, ScrumScale)
• Background in software engineering or QA prior to moving into Agile delivery
• Advanced Agile coaching certification (A-CSM, PSM II, etc.)
• Experience introducing Agile practices to teams new to Scrum

Lead a team of 16 for delivering quality application as per the client satisfaction along with the Tech Lead Have a direct control on the QA team Champion Client Relationship and deliver a quality product in agreed time lines. Be the single point responsibility for the team and the deliveries to the internal management. Identify Risks and propose mitigation plans.
