Job Informationen ###### Location: Zurich Workload: Full-time Start: By agreement Your tasks:

• You coach and support teams in adopting and applying agile frameworks effectively.
• You foster self-organisation, cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
• You facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, retrospectives and other team activities.
• You support Product Owners with backlog management.
• You identify and remove impediments and manage dependencies.

Your profile:

• At least five years of experience as a Scrum Master, agile coach or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German; experience in the public sector is an advantage
