Account Representative

Responsibilities

1. Contact potential clients of Training services of Multimatics
2. Coordinate with Sales team to schedule meetings and support lead follow-ups
3. Handle client interactions professionally
4. Achieve outreach targets and contribure to team goals
5. Identify or develop B2B database/potential client list to promote and offer Multimatics Training services

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Communication, Marketing, or related field
2. Preferably 1-2 years' experience in telemarketing/sales/customer service
3. Strong communication and persuasive skills
4. Target-oriented, motivated, and resilient
5. Good at handling objections and rejection
6. Calm under pressure, quick to respond
7. Able to work independently and in a team
8. Familiar with CRM or telemarketing tools is a plus
