A well-established dance school is looking for an experienced *Administrative Coordinator* to join its management and office team. This position is suited to a dependable, organized, and resourceful professional who is comfortable handling day-to-day operations, communicating with families and faculty, and taking ownership of administrative projects.

The successful candidate should be confident working independently, able to manage competing priorities, and committed to providing a high standard of service in a busy educational environment.

*Key Duties*

  • Coordinate daily administrative and front-office operations
  • Communicate professionally with students, parents, instructors, and management
  • Assist families with class selection, program information, and registration-related inquiries
  • Organize and maintain student records, schedules, documents, and internal administrative files
  • Coordinate school projects, events, performances, examinations, and special activities
  • Follow projects and administrative tasks through from planning to completion
  • Support and coordinate the work of other administrative team members
  • Assist management with operational planning and implementation
  • Coordinate communication between teaching staff and the administrative team
  • Monitor classroom, facility, supply, and general office needs
  • Help maintain consistent administrative procedures and service standards

*Qualifications*

  • 8+ years of relevant administrative and customer service experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization, documentation, and follow-up abilities
  • Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision
  • Experience coordinating staff, projects, or day-to-day operations
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Windows-based computer applications
  • Bachelor?s degree or equivalent post-secondary education
  • Fluency in *English and Mandarin* is required; Cantonese is an asset
  • Professional, responsible, detail-oriented, and service-focused

Experience in any of the following areas would be considered an asset:

  • Sales or customer relations
  • Marketing or social media
  • Photoshop or basic graphic design
  • Video editing
  • Education, performing arts, or extracurricular program administration
