Responsibilities:

Lead HR activities to support business operations and workforce needs across the assigned region. Coordinate and manage the performance review process for both office and site employees. Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineers, technical professionals, and site-based employees. Work with business leaders to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment. Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations and ensure consistent HR service delivery. Ensure company HR policies and procedures are applied consistently while supporting operational requirements. Monitor compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies, particularly for site-based employees. Maintain accurate employee records, headcount reports, and HR data to support management decisions. Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary issues, and grievance resolution to promote a productive work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years within the Construction or real estate sectors. Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment and site-based workforce planning. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and HR data reporting. Deep, practical knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, specifically around contract staffing, artisan management, and casual labor. CIPM certification or membership is highly preferred. Candidate must be living in Awka, Anambra State, or its environs
