HSE Supervisor

Job Summary Support the HSE Manager in implementing and sustaining Health, Safety, Environmental and Security (HSES) programs across Vilube Factory. Ensure daily compliance with HSE requirements, identify and eliminate unsafe conditions and unsafe behaviors, conduct inspections and investigations, coordinate emergency preparedness activities, and drive employee engagement to achieve Zero Harm performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Engineering
• Professional HSE certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing, lubricant, chemical, FMCG or process industries.
• Working knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems.
• Experience in incident investigation and risk assessment.
• Good communication and training skills.
