Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a talented and proactive Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to join our global HR team.

This role is primarily focused on end-to-end recruitment across our global operations, with additional involvement in HR initiatives, employee experience, and day-to-day HR support. You'll work closely with the global HR team to support our growing international workforce and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria | Hybrid work model, including regular presence at Hyperzon by Moburst's offices in Sofia.

What You'll Do:

Talent Acquisition

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for global roles, from sourcing and screening to offer management and closing top talent.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using advanced sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant tools.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, providing regular pipeline updates, market insights, and actionable recommendations to support informed hiring decisions.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Employee Engagement & HR Support

• Support the global HR team with employee experience and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with HR-related activities that support employee well-being and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Support the VP of HR with compensation benchmarking, salary market research, and the collection of relevant market data.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as other HR activities and special projects as needed.

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, either in-house or within an agency, preferably in a global environment.
• Native or near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken – a must.
• Hands-on experience with active sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, employees, and hiring managers.
• An interest in employee engagement, retention, and broader HR initiatives, alongside a strong passion for recruitment.
• Experience working with ATS platforms and AI sourcing tools.
• A bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, team-oriented, and solution-oriented mindset.
