Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations based on drawings, diagrams, specifications, and project requirements.
- Review drawings, tender documents, specifications, and scope of work.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents and assist with tender applications.
- Prepare and submit progress claims based on completed works, measurements, and supporting documents.
- Follow up with clients and consultants regarding tender submissions, claims, approvals, and payments.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
- Conduct site inspections, measurements, and quantity checks as required.
- Coordinate and supervise workers at the worksite and allocate manpower according to work requirements.
- Handle worker-related matters, including attendance, work allocation, site arrangements, and general site requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, records, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the project team to resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of works.
- Perform other civil engineering and project-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in civil engineering, construction, or site-related works will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Experience in preparing quotations, tender submissions, and progress claims.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and attend site meetings as required.
