OPERATIONS MANAGER

• An Operations Manager in Manufacturing oversees daily factory floor activities to ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Directly manage production, machinery layout, and supply chains to maximize manufacturing output while minimizing waste.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Scheduling: Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer demand. Implement methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and optimize factory floor layouts. Supervise plant supervisors, machine operators, and technicians, ensuring a culture of strict safety compliance (OSHA) and continuous training. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage raw material inflows and finished goods outflows without causing bottlenecks. Manage plant operational budgets, track labor costs, and minimize scrap, equipment downtime, and maintenance expenses. Monitor production quality metrics to ensure all final goods meet client specifications and regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields. • Managerial experience specifically within a manufacturing plant or industrial production environment witrh strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
