IT System Support

1. Provide IT technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network systems.
2. Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and company software.
3. Troubleshoot network, internet, and system-related issues.
4. Monitor and maintain servers, network devices, and security systems.
5. Support users in daily IT operations and resolve technical problems.
6. Coordinate with vendors and external IT service providers when necessary.
7. Assist in IT infrastructure and network layout planning.
8. Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi systems, switches, routers, and CCTV systems.
9. Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and system backups.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Experience in IT Support, Network Administration, or System Administration. Knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and cybersecurity. Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, network devices, and troubleshooting. Able to support network design and infrastructure planning. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Good command of English (Chinese proficiency is an advantage).
