Fixed Asset Accountant

1. Manage the month-end closing process to ensure timely completion in accordance with established timelines.

1. Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct the annual fixed asset physical count and prepare reconciliation reports comparing count results.

1. Resolve issues related to fixed asset accruals, long outstanding transactions, and other related matters.

1. Prepare physical count reports and coordinate the consolidation of final results.

1. Support audits conducted by external auditors and relevant authorities.

1. Support mold-related functions by coordinating cross-border mold transfers from China to Thailand, reviewing related processes (including new mold development, modification, trial runs, and payment coordination with the China team), and reconciling with external mold suppliers.

1. Manage investment projects, including project initiation, budget review, payment processing, capitalization, and asset value adjustments, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Science, or a related field. Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Thai tax regulations. Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Able to communicate in English (Chinese language skills will be an advantage). Strong coordination and documentation management skills.
