Recruitment Section Head

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage hiring for both White-Collar and Blue-Collar positions.

-Build and maintain strong talent pipelines. -Partner with department managers to identify hiring needs. -Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare recruitment reports. -Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals. -Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ✅ +10 years of experience in Recruitment. ✅ Strong experience recruiting White-Collar & Blue-Collar positions within the Manufacturing Industry is a must. ✅ Previous experience leading a recruitment team is highly preferred. ✅ Excellent interviewing and assessment skills. ✅ Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. ✅ Excellence command of English.
