Quotation Executive

Develop, manage and grow new and existing accounts within your assigned territory.

Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, closing and after-sales follow-up.

Conduct client visits, meetings and follow-ups to identify business opportunities.

Build strong client relationships and work with internal stakeholders to deliver the best service.

Handle customer enquiries, complaints and warranty matters professionally.

Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records with proper documentation.

Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, competitor tracking and weekly or monthly reports.

Support strategic sales plans focused on exceeding revenue and margin targets.

Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars and customer visits.

What we are looking for Experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.

Exposure to technical, industrial, marine, offshore or engineering-related products or services will be an advantage.

A diploma in Marine Engineering or a related discipline will be well regarded.

Candidates with a basic understanding of technical or engineering concepts are encouraged to apply, as training is provided.

Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability.

A self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

A positive attitude and team-player approach.
