Frontend Design Engineer

What you'll do

Own the end-to-end quality of user-facing UI, from interaction design to production code

Translate designs into polished, high-fidelity experiences with strong attention to motion, spacing, and feel

Build and maintain a component system that scales without losing craft

Collaborate with product and design to raise the bar on what shipped work looks like

Occasionally run experiments and iterate on flows based on user behavior and data

Requirements

4+ years building production frontend with a strong eye for visual and interaction quality

Obsessive about the gap between "it works" and "it feels right"

Proficient in React, with experience owning a design system or component library

Comfortable working from Figma files or from your own design instincts when needed

Experience running A/B tests (or similar product experiments) and iterating in a data‑driven way

Professional experience with B2C / consumer‑facing products

Enough data literacy to sanity-check whether a change actually moved the needle

Experience

Shipped user-facing products where UI/UX quality was a first-class concern

Education

Bachelor's degree or above.

Interest in anime, otaku culture, creator communities, or AI generation
