Key Responsibilities Lead Employee Relations Manage worker grievances, disciplinary cases, and labour disputes to maintain a positive and harmonious workplace. Support Site HR Operations   Conduct regular site visits and verify attendance, overtime, and site allowances for accurate payroll processing. Manage Work Injury Matters Coordinate work injury reporting, insurance claims, and WICA-related cases. Drive Talent Management Oversee end-to-end recruitment, training & development, and compensation & benefits across all levels. Advise on Workforce Strategy Provide HR recommendations to senior management on workforce planning, organizational structure, and compliance.
