Now Hiring: Customer Service Agents – Night Shift* We are currently hiring for multiple roles within our *Customer Service* team, including Frontline, Back Office, and Billing positions.

Job Responsibilities*

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure clients’ needs are handled efficiently

30,000 EGP Gross Salary

17,000 EGP Net Salary

Working Hours*

Fixed night shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

5 working days per week (Monday – Friday)

2 days off per week

1-hour lunch break Overtime is available for productive employees for additional income.
