Here are some key responsibilities for this role: Medication Management : Ensure accurate and efficient medication management within the HIS, including medication reconciliation and adherence to treatment plans.

System Integration : Integrate pharmacy systems with other HIS components to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

Training and Support : Provide training and support to pharmacy staff on the use of HIS and best practices in medication management.

Policy Development : Assist in developing and implementing policies related to medication safety and pharmacy operations within the HIS.

Data Analysis : Analyze pharmacy data to identify trends, improve medication use processes, and enhance patient outcomes.

Quality Improvement : Lead quality improvement initiatives to optimize pharmacy services and patient care.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards within the HIS.

Pharmacy Degree : Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.

Clinical Experience : Minimum of 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience.
