Our client, an established name in the luxury retail sector , is seeking passionate and client-focused individuals to join their team as Luxury Sales Associates . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients, has a strong interest in luxury products and craftsmanship, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional retail experience. You will have the opportunity to develop specialised knowledge in luxury timepieces , strengthen your clienteling and storytelling skills, and grow your career within a professional and highly regarded luxury retail environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional and personalised service experience to every client. Understand clients' preferences and recommend suitable luxury products based on their needs. Develop strong product knowledge and confidently communicate product heritage, craftsmanship and brand stories. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective clienteling and follow-up. Support daily boutique operations and ensure the retail environment is maintained to a high standard. Assist with product presentation, inventory and other operational duties as required. Work closely with team members to achieve boutique and business objectives. Adhere to company policies, procedures and service standards. What We're Looking For, 1–2 years of retail experience preferred , ideally within luxury retail, fashion, jewellery, watches or other premium customer-facing environments. Candidates with strong experience in hospitality or other client-centric service industries are also welcome to apply. Sales-driven with strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Confident and professional communicator with good spoken English. Strong interest in luxury products, craftsmanship and brand storytelling. Outgoing, curious and client-focused personality. Motivated team player with a positive working attitude and willingness to learn. Able to multitask and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment. Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays. Able to follow established SOPs and maintain professional service and grooming standards. Mandarin proficiency would be advantageous for engaging Mandarin-speaking clients.
