Workshop Foreman

Job Title: Workshop Foreman (Marine/Industrial Engines) Location: Singapore Company: Leading Engine Manufacturer About the Role We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Workshop Foreman to lead our state-of-the-art service and overhaul facility in Singapore. You will oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring that all maintenance, repair, and testing of large-scale European diesel and gas engines meet rigorous OEM quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and schedule a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.

Oversee hands-on overhaul, troubleshooting, assembly, and testing of complex engines and components.

Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company quality protocols.

Manage workshop tooling, equipment maintenance, and consumable inventory.

Coordinate closely with project managers and service coordinators to meet tight project deadlines.
