Social commerce platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Shop.

Ensure compliance with platform policies and requirements. Track daily, weekly, and monthly online sales performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, IT, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in e-commerce or online sales

• Experience with online marketplaces and social media commerce
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong computer and Excel skills
