Legal Executive (1 Year contract)

JOB PURPOSE

To provide legal solutions to the business and operational teams of the organisation to ensure that the interests of the organisation are legally protected and vested in at all times, specifically in respect of regional Equity Broking.

Qualification

• Graduated University of Laws
• Knowledge in Securities and Commercial law, financial market
• Knowledge in investment banking, capital market services & product.
• At least two (02) years of experience working in legal field/securities market.
• Experience working in law firm is an advantage.
