Principal (m/f/d) - Strategic People & Organization Advisory, Europe

Role purpose: Lead and grow a Europe-wide advisory offering that helps clients align people, organization design, and change initiatives with business strategy, delivering measurable transformation outcomes.

Core responsibilities

• Own client relationships and act as a senior advisor on people strategy, operating model design, workforce transformation, and change management.
• Lead complex, multi-country engagements from scoping through delivery, ensuring quality, impact, and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop thought leadership, methodologies, and tools to strengthen the People & Organization advisory portfolio.
• Drive business development: identify opportunities, shape proposals, and close strategic accounts across Europe.
• Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams; provide coaching, feedback, and capability development.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders (e.g., strategy, digital, analytics) to deliver integrated solutions.

Required skills and experience

• Senior consulting or in-house leadership experience in people strategy , organization design , operating model , HR transformation , or enterprise change .
• Proven track record in client leadership, program delivery, and revenue growth in a European market context.
