Programme structure
Practice rotations (Sept 2026 - Sept 2027)
Spend 12 months rotating across high-impact teams in various practice areas. You'll gain broad exposure to Mercer's diverse consulting practices, building critical skills through real client projects, internal initiatives, and mentoring.
High performers may be offered full-time positions at Mercer upon graduation. Potential practices include:
