Sales Ops & TPM Specialist, S$4.5K, 12-month, CBD

Job Summary:

Maintain accurate and compliant sales master data, pricing, and trade promotion systems. Deliver effective sales operations and trade spend support to commercial teams. Ensure TPM system effectiveness, user adoption, and process governance. Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and data quality

Job Scope:

Data Management

• Maintain and govern customer, product, material, SKU, and pricing master data in SAP, TPM (Exceedra), and related systems.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of customer hierarchies, outlet mappings, trade channels, pricing, and trade terms.
• Support new customer setups, data updates, audits, and data cleansing activities.
• Ensure seamless integration and alignment of master data across business systems.

Pricing Administration

• Maintain customer pricing, rebates, trade terms, and promotional pricing within SAP and TPM.
• Support pricing setup, validation, approval workflows, and customer-specific pricing requests.
• Monitor data accuracy and resolve pricing discrepancies in a timely manner.

Sales Operations Management

• Support the Sales and Customer Marketing teams in managing customer, pricing, contract, and promotional records.
• Manage sales administration activities, including customer setup, pricing maintenance, trade term updates, and system support.
• Support trade spend tracking, accruals, rebate calculations, claims validation, and month-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and compliance for all sales-related processes and trade investments.

Trade Promotion Management (TPM)

• Serve as the system administrator and key point of contact for the TPM platform.
• Maintain TPM master data, user access, system configurations, and promotional data governance.
• Ensure data accuracy and provide first-level support and troubleshooting to TPM users.
• Support system enhancements, user training, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration/ Communications, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Master Data Management, Trade Marketing Operations, TPM Administration, or related functions
• Experience working with SAP ERP and TPM systems (Exceedra is good to have)
• Experience managing customer master, pricing administration, rebate management, and trade spend processes
• FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Goods industry experience is good to have
• Analytical and data management capabilities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI or reporting tools is good to have
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Attention to detail and governance mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset

Additional Information:

• Salary – S$4.5K + 1-month bonus
• Contract duration: 12-month contract, extendable and convertible
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Location: Bugis
